Your responsibilities include: Customer acquisition in SAP & IT project business: Build your own client base in SAP & IT within the DACH region, focusing on companies seeking freelance experts for their projects. Developing long-term customer relationships: Gain new clients and develop them into strategic partners by recognizing project needs early and positioning RED as the preferred contact. Project responsibility from start to finish: Manage the entire project placement process—from needs analysis and coordination with our recruiting team to proposal submission and contract negotiation. Collaboration with the recruiting team: Work together to provide suitable freelance SAP and IT experts for your client projects. Market & trend observation: Stay updated, recognize market movements, and use this knowledge for strategic account expansion.
