HR Data Analytics Consultant (f/m/d)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Further development of HR analysis systems and the data-driven HR controlling strategy
* Support, optimization and expansion of existing reporting and dashboard solutions (especially Power BI)
* Processing and managing inquiries in the HR controlling environment
* Support in the selection, implementation and further development of analytics tools and systems
* Analysis, interpretation and target group-oriented preparation of complex HR data for internal stakeholders
* Creation of meaningful presentations, reports and dashboards
* Presentation of analysis results and advising stakeholders on the interpretation and derivation of measures
* Participation in cross-departmental data projects and internal working groups
WHAT YOU BRING
* Completed studies, e.g. in statistics, data science, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification through relevant knowledge and experience.
* Solid knowledge in the areas of HR controlling, corporate controlling and analytics
* Several years of experience in dealing with HR technologies and database management
* Excellent knowledge of data management (especially relational databases and SQL) as well as data analysis and visualization, preferably with Power BI.
* Experience in statistical analysis and modeling methods
* Knowledge of developing and connecting data interfaces, as well as an understanding of the use of AI in the analytics environment, is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare and convey complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
* Analytical, structured and goal-oriented work style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
* Willingness to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Hamburg Security Clearance and Classified Information Protection Act (HmbSÜGG)
