Your area of responsibility Data management in digital sales (focus on the introduction of product & control modules): The aim is the digital representation of tariffs & products to enable automated output & control. This is ensured by product & control modules according to the nationwide standard (the VDV core application). Your tasks are specific: Creation of product & control modules in the product editor and implementation of manufacturer & transport company-specific tests at transport companies on site &/or in the VBB test center Coordination with process owners (transport companies and sales service providers) for the technical implementation of the product & control modules Adaptation of existing fare products for ticket sales via digital sales channels Support with updating the fare database Project management for eTicket sales - implementation (((etiCORE: (((etiCORE is the technical further or new development of the existing e-ticket standard, which must be implemented in all issuing & control systems of the transport companies. Development of the requirements for (((etiCORE in the VBB Analysis of the business processes at VBB in coordination with process owners and their adaptation to (((etiCORE Preparation & implementation of test cases Participation in nationwide & in VBB committees: Preparation of information for area-specific processes & process changes Participation in the creation, review & release of requirement & specifications Effects on the KA standard in output & control systems for updates Your profile University degree, e.g. in transportation or computer science with relevant professional experience and experience in project management Confident handling of databases, Windows operating systems, MS Office & network technology Experience with testing & acceptance of complex software as well as in 1st & 2nd level support Ideal: knowledge of the VDV core application Good knowledge of English Team player (m, f, d) with a proactive way of working (hands-on mentality), willingness to compromise, transparent way of working and the ability to work with different stakeholders & to respond to their individual interests.
