Based in the South West of Germany, an innovative and ferociously expanding company is offering an unparalleled IT Consultant role.
This special company develops world-leading IoT Devices, where they are now positioned as a leader in their market. During this exciting time, they urgently require an IT Consultant to utilize their specialist skills to fuel the progression of the company.
Responsibilities
* Gather and document user requirements, ensuring the application is properly configured to meet business needs
* Provide guidance to colleagues on optimizing processes and utilizing system features effectively
* When necessary, you deliver training sessions and lead workshops to enhance user proficiency with the current platform
* offer reliable first- and second-level user assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Oversee the continued enhancement and maintenance of the existing system (Dynamics AX)
Desired Skills and Experience
* Ideally, obtained a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
* 2+ years experience working as an IT Consultant
* Experience with Dynamics AX and D365
* Excellent experience working with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
* Fluency in English and German is mandatory
