Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage biddable paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Display networks. Audience Targeting & Optimization: Develop and refine targeting strategies, bidding models, and budget allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROI. Continuously optimize based on insights. Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure consistent messaging, creative alignment, and strategic synergy across all paid media platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to execute high-performing, data-driven campaigns. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with platform changes, emerging trends, and digital marketing best practices. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (especially TikTok Ads and Meta Business Suite). Solid understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance metrics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager). Experience coordinating multi-channel digital campaigns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Fluency in English and German. Why Join Us?
