To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for you - an ambitious Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d).
We are also very happy to consider applications for the positions of bookkeeper or office management clerk.
YOUR JOB
1. You coordinate the incoming invoice process.
2. You check and pay incoming invoices.
3. You prepare and monitor payment transactions.
4. You process bank statements, credit card statements, and cash disbursements.
5. You correspond with suppliers and other departments.
6. You work closely with the tax offices.
7. You will assist in preparing the monthly and annual financial statements.
8. You operate relevant ERP systems, invoicing programs, and banking programs.
YOUR PROFILE
9. You have initial professional experience in the commercial sector or even in accounts payable.
10. You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
11. You are characterized by an independent, proactive and structured work style, as well as self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
12. You possess a high level of commitment as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
