What you´ll do
* Develop strategies for the assigned global spend / purchasing basket (specifically Facility Services)
* Take full responsibility for sourcing activities within the purchasing basket Facility Services for the German Sites
* Possess and build in depth know-how and expertise in the area of responsibility and its entire value chain
* Manage & execute global sourcing projects within the area of responsibility
* Drive global, cross-regional and/ or Germany-related tenders end-to-end
* Define and manages global supplier portfolio and strategic supplier relationship
* Establish strong relationships with key global and/or German stakeholders to drive projects, cost efficiency and innovation initiatives
* Support regions in strategic questions and on escalations with global supplier
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in Business/International Business/Finance or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement. IFM and FM market knowledge is considered a plus
* Strong communication & storytelling skills; able to create compelling PPT presentations
* Ability to build trustful relationships and influence across functions, cultures, geographies, and with key suppliers
* Excellent English and German proficiency; additional languages are a plus
