Your Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and support the design of our future global HRIT architecture.

* Translate HR process requirements into smart, scalable system solutions that align with our business goals.

* Capture and assess new HRIT demands from stakeholders, evaluating their business value and feasibility.

* Act as a trusted partner for HR teams, managers, and users, facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, and clarifying system-related queries.

* Deliver attractive, cost-efficient HRIT solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support our people strategy.
">
* Provide regular communication and feedback to business stakeholders on the status and progress of ongoing initiatives.
">
* Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
">
* Manage the HRIT project and operational budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
">
* Oversee quality assurance and release testing for new system functionalities, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

* Lead communication and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and engagement across global stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIT systems.

* Deep understanding of HR processes and their requirements.

* Good technical understanding, especially regarding interface management and IT system integration.

* Experience working closely with IT teams and external service providers.

* Ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

* Proven project management experience, including budget responsibility.

* Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions.
