Your tasks
8. Performing analytical and numerical calculations on strength, underwater shock and vibrations
9. Design of systems with elastic bearings
10. Preparation of verifications and evaluation of verifications from external service providers and suppliers
11. Coordinating requirements with stakeholders from projects and suppliers
12. Creation of test specifications and other documents for the performance of experimental shock resistance tests
13. Document management and management of approval processes
14. Interface clarification with other specialist departments from design and production
15. Technical clarification, coordination and agreement with suppliers, testing authorities and customer representatives
Your profile
16. Completed studies (Diploma/Master) in the field of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, civil engineering or comparable
17. Professional experience as a calculation engineer desirable
18. Experience in the areas of shipbuilding, naval shipbuilding or defense technology desirable
19. Sound knowledge of technical mechanics and dynamics
20. Experience in the application of calculation rules and classification regulations
21. Knowledge of working with an FEM application, preferably ANSYS or HyperWorks
22. Experience in the field of rigid body simulation, ideally with SIMPACK
23. Confident handling of Office applications and Siemens Teamcenter
24. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
25. Ability to work independently
