This position is responsible for structuring, documenting, and strategically aligning the IT service portfolio, encompassing current, future, and end-of-life services. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving standardisation, security, and reusability in IT service tailoring.
Key to this role is measurable IT service delivery that aligns with business criticality on a cross-functional, global scale. Additionally, the IT service portfolio strategist will be responsible for the strategic management of the IT service portfolio's operability and its continuous development.

* Strategic Alignment: Ensure the IT service portfolio's structure, documentation, and strategic alignment are continually reviewed and improved.
* Operability and Development: Oversee the operability and continuous development of the IT service portfolio.
* Transparency and Consistency: Foster transparency and consistency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services.
Requirements
