Your profile will be rounded off by a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science or a comparable IT qualification.

YOUR WORK AT
* As a specialist in the municipal IT service, you will work with our team to overcome the daily challenges of 1st level support - with a focus on our daycare centers and other areas of municipal administration. Your tasks will include error analysis and troubleshooting, installing and configuring hardware and software as well as setting up workstations, printers and mobile devices based on Windows, iOS and Android. In addition to 1st level support, you will support the team in contract and license management - in particular in the procurement and allocation of hardware and software, the administration of mobile phone contracts, connection structures in municipal buildings and the maintenance of application licenses.
* You will implement smaller IT projects, especially in the daycare IT context, in a structured and independent manner. With us there is room for further development! As part of the organizational development and taking into account personal skills, the area of responsibility can be adapted in the future.
