Responsibilities
2. Operating System Proficiency
3. Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
4. Familiarity with Windows 10 features, updates, and security patches
5. Knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
6. Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting tools and techniques
7. Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) for user and group management
8. Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for configuring and managing Windows 10 settingsxperience with deployment and management tools (, SCCM, Intune)
9. Experience with remote desktop tools and remote assistance techniques
10. Ability to provide support through tools like Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and third-party solutions
11. Ability to set up, configure and trouble-shoot issues with mobile telephones and tablets – both Android and Apple OS
12. Understanding and capability to perform basic Microsoft server administration and configuration tasks
