* Responsibilities include:
* Conducting in-depth analysis of fraud incidents to understand mechanisms and strengthen security measures.
* Responding to requests from clients who are victims of fraud.
* Recovering fraudulently diverted funds, in coordination with competent authorities, payment channels, and financial institutions.
* Managing administrative obligations related to fraud in accordance with internal procedures and regulations.
Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) with a focus in economics, finance, or law.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle complex cases with precision.
