Your daily businessAs a Demand Generation Content Manager at YOYABA, you build and scale the content engine that fuels our demand programs.You translate insights from marketing, sales & RevOps into high-converting content — from long-form articles to short-form video, from webinars to podcasts, from influencer collaborations to SEO programs.You live at the intersection of creativity, demand gen, and performance.If you want to create content that actually drives pipeline — welcome to YOYABA.Your daily businessBuild & execute a multimedia content strategy that powers both our demand generation programs and our always-on media machine.Create content end-to-end: long-form, short-form, video, blogs, social posts, scripts, podcasts, webinars and more.Collaborate with internal experts & external influencers to bring relevant voices into your content.Draft, produce and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, website, and webinar platforms.Set up & run podcast episodes, webinar programs, and live event content (concept → execution → publishing).Activate content in campaigns, working hand-in-hand with Demand Gen Managers, Marketing & SEO.Lead SEO for Demand Gen content, including keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page optimization & content structuring.Report on performance, track engagement, pipeline influence, revenue impact and continuously optimize your content engine.RequirementsExperience:3+ years in Content Marketing, Demand Generation or B2B SaaS Marketing. You’re fluent in multimedia content creation and have experience producing assets across formats.Creative Intelligence:You connect insights, personas and messaging into content that actually drives demand, not vanity metrics.SEO Proficiency:You understand SEO mechanics deeply — from research to execution to reporting.Project Ownership:You manage complex content calendars, stakeholders, freelancers and internal teams without losing control.Execution Speed:You can research, write, produce and ship content quickly without sacrificing quality.Tools:Ideally experience with CMS (HubSpot), analytics tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs), webinar platforms, podcast platforms & marketing automation.Why us?Several years of experience in SEO, ideally in an agency or a comparable environmentIn-depth knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page SEO, Content Strategy Experience with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a strong customer focusProven ability to consult high-level decision-makers and support strategic choicesLeadership experience in managing both client teams and internal project teamsResponsibility for driving organic growth and ensuring client successConfident handling of data and KPIs to optimize SEO strategiesExcellent communication skills and experience in client consultingDeep understanding of the B2B SaaS and tech scale-up (grown-up) landscape, with a focus on companies with a minimum of €5 million ARRAbility to align SEO strategies with the growth goals and business models of B2B SaaS and tech companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
