As a Working Student IT Support (f/m/x), you’ll be the go-to person for our team’s daily IT challenges solving problems, setting up devices, managing user access, and keeping our workplace running smoothly. What you will do: Assist users with hardware and software issues (Laptop (Windows & Mac), PCs, printers, apps) Respond to support tickets or emails in a timely manner Assist with setting up new laptops, desktops, meetings rooms (Logitech devices) and mobile devices Install and configure operating systems and standard software Help troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN) Maintain access rights under supervision (e.g., Active Directory) Configure and setup workplaces Configure switch and servers with the help of network team What we are looking for: Must-Haves: Enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline at least until 15.02.
