Position Summary:
Under the direction ofGeneralManager, the Bauer Sales Leaderisresponsible forevolving and executing Sales strategy and growth initiatives of Bauer EMEAbusiness.TheSalesLeaderwilllead his team indeveloping CRM strategies,establishingstrong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs.The focusof the roleis toacquirenew businesses and secure ongoing growth of sales orders.This role can be performed remotely.
Major Responsibilities:
1. DirectsAccount Managerswhointerface daily withEnd Users,Direct OEM’s and referred OEM’s,Distributors/channel partners
2. Performance Management of the team, coaches, trains, and developshisgroup of sellers. Manage each seller’s disciplined selling processes toattainquota: Purposeful account planning, Time and territory management and Funnel opportunity management/CRMproficiency.
3. Perform annual review of account segmentation and account assignments
4. Deploy sales resources to effectively meet / exceed annual team and individual quota targets
5. Develops sales talent in the organization and builds bench strength in the organization.
6. Sets short and long-term sales strategiesand evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growth
7. Drive &Executes Strategic Plans(Go to market, Customer segmentation,Partners Strategy, Focused strategic and Tiered Account Plans)
8. Serves as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues
9. Maintain a review cadence on funnel and ATO’s with sellers and business unit partners
10. Manage and measure through analytics,insightsand reporting through CRM tools.Utilizes CRM dashboardson a daily basisto help communicate progress against established objectives.Leverage KPI’s provided by the CRM as a tool in coaching sellers
11. Leads customer related trainings and plant visitsto drive competency and awareness
12. Addressescustomer issues, coordinate on quality topics to customer’s satisfaction
13. Manages root-cause countermeasure (RCCM) process
14. Provides management with market trends,competition information,VOC input
15. Provides weekly and monthly KPIsto Bauer Leadership and support the monthly Business Review Process
16. Data-driven approach to drive continuous improvement opportunities that result in increased ease of doing business, improved Customer Satisfaction and reduced internal operation costs
