Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our renewable energy project sales efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving deals from conception to closure, leveraging their expertise in wind and solar parks to identify new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished dealmaker with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. They will possess exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, conduct due diligence, and drive transactions to completion. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex agreements will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in business administration or engineering, preferably augmented by an MBA or CFA.
* No less than 3 years of hands-on transaction experience in the wind, PV, and BESS sectors, bringing substantial industry knowledge.
* An established network in the European renewable energy landscape, enabling active project sales and new opportunities.
* Advanced financial modeling skills for cash flow-based infrastructure investments, supporting sound strategic decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, with proficiency in an additional language being a welcome asset.
