Responsibilities:
* Lead all cost and commercial management activities across multiple data center construction projects
* Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and variations to optimize project profitability
* Conduct detailed cost analysis, forecasting, and value engineering exercises
* Oversee subcontractor procurement, management, and payment processes
* Work closely with project management and senior leadership to achieve financial targets
* Drive continuous improvement in commercial delivery and risk management
Skills/Must haves:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within data centers, industrial, or large-scale construction
* Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills
* Confident working in a high-speed, multi-project environment
* EU citizenship required
* Fluent English (German language skills advantageous)
* Organized, analytical, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
