Selected candidates will undergo an immersive initial phase at SANY's Global Headquarters in Guangzhou, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operational models and management practices. This will prepare them for future leadership positions such as General Manager or Country Director overseas.Key ResponsibilitiesLead teams to execute business strategies, drive market share and profitability, and be accountable for business outcomes.Establish and optimize localized operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency.Represent SANY Group in maintaining strategic relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.Lead and empower multicultural teams to build a high-performance organization.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mid-to-senior management roles within large multinational corporations or industry leaders.
