We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Client Acquisition Agent (German Speaker) - Relocation to Cyprus to join our client’s expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with new clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience from first interaction to activation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s services and ensure a professional first impression
* Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients throughout their onboarding journey
* Support clients during account setup, providing clear guidance and assistance when needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and consistent client experience
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within internal systems
* Consistently meet performance targets related to client onboarding and activation
Qualifications & Skills:
* Fluency in German & English
* 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role within FinTech, Financial Services, or Online Trading
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
