To accelerate their growth, we're seeking a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in complex enterprise software and SaaS sales to join their high-performing team. The Role As a Senior Account Executive, you'll take ownership of driving large-scale software and SaaS deals (typically €500k TCV) across global, multi-BU manufacturing enterprises. You'll thrive in navigating complex decision-making environments, leveraging proven sales methodologies, and creating compelling events to move deals forward. This is a hunter/closer role for someone who loves managing enterprise sales cycles, influencing executive stakeholders, and orchestrating internal and external resources to secure multi-year partnerships. What You'll Do Lead full enterprise sales cycles from qualification to close using frameworks such as TAS, MEDDICCS, SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler. Consistently deliver against revenue targets with a focus on €500k multi-year SaaS contracts. Build executive sponsorship and navigate complex, global buying centers. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Partner ecosystems to drive account-based strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap and address customer challenges. Engage with solution providers and implementation partners to co-sell and ensure adoption. Contribute to a collaborative sales culture, mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practices. What We're Looking For 5-8 years' experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales. Proven success in closing high value contracts with multi-year commitments. A strong hunter/closer mindset with rigor in managing complex pipelines. Deep domain expertise and network in manufacturing industries (heavy and industrial engineering focus). International outlook with experience working across cultures and geographies. Technical credibility - ideally with an engineering background or strong technical affinity. Strong collaborator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
