Objective
As a machining technician or CNC specialist (M/F/D), you will play a key role in ensuring the precise, quality-oriented, and efficient production of our components. By operating modern CNC machines properly and working with meticulous care, you will ensure a smooth production process and make a significant contribution to achieving our company’s goals.
Main Responsibilities
1. Operation and continuous monitoring of production facilities in accordance with applicable
work instructions
2. Immediate reporting of malfunctions and deviations to the responsible manager
3. Monitoring of product quality and quantity based on specified characteristics, as well as performing worker self-checks and participating in quality training
4. Performing all activities necessary for manufacturing with careful, safe, and cost-conscious use of tools and materials
5. Sorting out defective products from ongoing production and proper labeling according to specified criteria
6. Immediate reporting of quality deviations to upstream and downstream production areas
7. Complete documentation of all activities using specified forms and entries in the system
8. Transfer of all relevant information to subsequent plant operators to ensure a
smooth production process
Position Requirements
• At least 3 years of specialized vocational training and/or continuing education to become a
CNC specialist
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and, if necessary, in a 4-shift system
• High flexibility, strong commitment, and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and reliably
