Tasks Technical and disciplinary management of team members Monitoring and analysis: Regular inspection and monitoring of equipment and tools Troubleshooting and problem solving: Identification and resolution of technical problems to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of equipment and tools Planning, coordination, and execution of repairs and maintenance work Documentation and validation: Creation and maintenance of documentation for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, as well as validation of spare parts for equipment and tools Spare parts management: Administration, storage, and ordering of spare parts Application of lean principles and promotion of continuous process improvement Optimization and modification of equipment in coordination with ME Support and R&D Planning and management of projects within the area of responsibility Support of NPI in the development, design, and modification of equipment and tools Profile Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, or industrial engineering At least 5-7 years of professional experience in maintenance or technical support for production facilities, including at least three years of management experience in this area In-depth technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, and control systems for production facilities Experience with ERP and MES systems as well as lean methods (TPM desirable) Familiarity with quality management and safety standards (ISO, HSE) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as fluent English and native-level German. Additional qualifications such as REFA maintenance manager, CMRP, Six Sigma, or lean expert are desirable.
