Ihre Aufgaben:
· Auswahl der Lieferanten, einholen und auswerten von Angeboten, Vergleich von Lieferbedingungen, Mengen und Preisen
· Erstellen von Angebotsvergleichen und Abbildung von Preisentwicklungen, Preisverhandlungen vorbereiten und durchführen
· Informationen über Preise, Lieferanten, technische Neuerungen für Teilspektrum beschaffen
· Materialbedarf zusammenstellen
· Pflege von Infosätzen und Orderbucheinträgen als Basis für Folgebestellungen des dispositiven Einkaufs, Lieferterminüberwachung bei Neuprojektbestellungen
· Erstellen von Rahmenverträgen/ Zentralkontakte und deren Überwachung
· Koordination der Prototypenbeschaffung, Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen, Verantwortung für Liefertermineinhaltung, Recherche nach Produktalternativen
· Beurteilung der Lieferanten und möglicher neuer Partner, Gespräche mit Lieferanten, Verhandlungen über Preis und Lieferzeit
· Unterstützung der Disposition bei Lieferengpässen
· Materialstamm- und Lieferantendatenpflege, erfassen, überwachen und ggf. ändern der Stammdaten im ERP-System
Ihr Profil:
· Abgeschlossene mindestens dreijährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und eine mindestens zweijährige Fachausbildung oder ähnliche
· Alternativ mehrjährige spezifische Berufserfahrung
· Verhandlungserfahrung und Kommunikationsstärke
· Hohe Zielorientierung und Wille zur Verantwortungsübernahme
· Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP R3
· Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
