YOUR TASKS
As a Plant Controller (m/f/d) within the Business Group Lighting at our Lippstadt location, you will be responsible for the operational analysis of key performance indicators, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and comparability.
1. Proactive support of sales, revenue, and investment planning in close cooperation with responsible managers; acting as a liaison between headquarters and operational units
2. Serving as the Financial Business Partner to the plant management, providing support for related functions in cost center accounting, production cost simulations, and all KPIs related to contribution margin
3. Preparation of regular plan, actual, and forecast reports, including commentary-based variance analyses and reviews with management
4. Ensuring cost transparency and deriving actionable recommendations
5. Participation in business cases, strategic competitive analyses, and execution of ad-hoc analyses for the plant management
6. Continuous improvement of existing controlling tools and processes in collaboration with specialist departments
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
7. Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling
8. Initial professional experience in controlling or similar fields
9. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a self-driven, reliable, and flexible working style
10. Proficiency in SAP modules, Data Warehouse systems, and advanced MS Office skills
11. Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken
