Team Lead FP&A Platform Mid Size Countries (m/f/x)
The position:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented Team Lead for the FP&A Platform within the Mid Size Countries (MSC) in the EU/CAN region who has extensive experience with financial operations, processes and tools.
In this exciting role, you will report to the Mid Size Countries Finance Lead and will work closely with different Finance teams and business functions across the European organization with key stakeholders in the EU/CAN countries as well as in the regional Headquarter.
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Key responsibilities:
Lead a central team supporting the Finance Business Partners within the EU/CAN countries and act as a senior advisor and sparring partner on all financial aspects
Continuous improvement of existing processes and tools together with all stakeholders to improve efficiencies and increase transparency
Execute forecasting cycles to support reporting processes including Daiichi Sankyo internal cycles as well as cycles together with external commercial alliance partners
2. Tasks:
Establish the MSC FP&A Platform in close collaboration with the MSC Finance Business Partners and the central divisional teams
Put the MSC Finance teams in a position to fully focus on Business Partnering
You will be involved in setting up, expanding and maintaining planning and reporting structures, including the definition of KPIs and controlling standards in accordance with current requirements, and financial requirements of business plans
Play a crucial role in month-, quarter- and year end processes within defined key responsibilities
Professional experience & education:
3. Degree in business administration or a related degree with a focus on Finance and / or Controlling
4. +10 years of experience in Controlling, Finance and Accounting with deep experience in financial operations, finance planning & reporting tools
5. Result oriented with a strong affinity for numbers in financial context that enables you to quickly think your way through complex tasks
6. We expect a team leader with goal awareness, high-quality standards understanding of data best practices and leadership skills
7. Must be a self-starter with an attention to detail
8. Well organized and methodical, prepared to be ‘hands on’ to deliver project success. International work experience in matrix organizations and/or multicultural teams
9. Experience in multi country organizations and lead regional processes
10. Experience with working in external collaborations
11. Excellent language proficiency in English (at least C1)
12. Location will be in Munich headquarters, position will involve travel activities
