As part of a central operations center for Campaign and Marketing, you will design and execute marketing initiatives targeted at brands, distributors, agencies, and creators who use TikTok Shop as a sales channel. The B2B Marketing Manager EU will report into the EU Marketing Lead and work on the markets Germany, France, Italy and Spain and can be based in either country. We are looking for a strategic and creative B2B Marketing Manager for TikTok Shop with excellent communication skills, a driven mindset and a can-do attitude to join a highly agile and fast-paced work environment at TikTok Shop Europe. We operate on RTO5 (Return-To-Office 5 days a week) and welcome you to join us in our Madrid, Milan, Paris or Munich offices. Responsibilities: - Support our European In-Country teams to recruit high-value sellers and creators to the platform Through sales enablement content as well as partnerships with third parties and internal TikTok key stakeholders, such as trainings, webinars, publications - Support in the narrative diffusion Create toolkits, onboarding materials, case studies, and content that empower merchants and agencies to scale on TikTok Shop. Build LinkedIn and 2B TikTok strategy - Industry & Community Building for positioning B2B online and offline lead generation event operational coordination across Europe with local teams and agencies, securing raising the bar within a frugal mindset. Help strategically direct event selection and priorization - Performance & Data Analysis Track KPIs such as gross leads, impression, reach, CPM channel performance and provide recommendations thereon - Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with local teams, local Marketing POC, comms to align merchant messaging, showcases and other strategic inputs to our work
Minimum Qualifications - 3-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally on platform-side e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or social commerce. - Strong understanding of TikTok, creator ecosystems, and online retail trends - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives. - Fluent in multiple European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) to collaborate with cross functional teams across these regions. - Both creative and analytical mind with proven track record in data-driven achievements Preferred Qualifications: - Proven experience building acquisition funnels, growth campaigns, and partner programs. - Able to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment, flexibility and ability to deal with complexity - Have a high attention to detail while maintaining a pragmatic solution-orientation - A person of operational excellence in project and stakeholder management
