Your Impact:
* As Director, you are accountable for a large-scale product and engineering organization (B4 level, approx. 250 FTE) covering Ambulatory SaaS solutions and core framework modules used across all AIS products.
* You co-define and drive the strategic product and technology roadmap for our cloud-based ambulatory portfolio in close collaboration with executive management.
* You ensure that healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g. medical device regulations, audits, compliance) are consistently and rigorously embedded into product development.
* You lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams, continuously advancing scalability, quality, and innovation capability.
* You represent the domain internally and externally, build strong executive-level stakeholder relationships, and position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the Health-IT market.
Your Profile:
* Long-standing leadership experience at Director / VP / CTO level in SaaS product development, ideally with responsibility for large, distributed organizations.
* Exceptional academic credentials with a completed university degree and excellent grades, preferably in computer science, medical informatics, engineering, or a comparable technical field.
* Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms; experience with healthcare regulations (e.g. medical devices, audits, certifications) is a strong advantage.
* Excellent English skills, with confidence in communicating in international contexts and with senior stakeholders; very good German skills are a plus.
* Strategic mindset, strong execution focus, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to guide complex organizations through transformation.
