POSTE
One of our clients is looking for a Business Manager to strengthen their team in Luxembourg.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the growth and development of their consulting activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development:
Expanding and developing the existing client portfolio, prospecting new accounts, responding to tenders, negotiating complex contracts, and building long-term client loyalty. You will deliver high value-added solutions tailored to client needs and establish strong, trust-based relationships.
Recruitment & Team Management:
Defining your recruitment and training plan, selecting and onboarding consultants, and ensuring their professional development. You will place consultant satisfaction at the heart of your priorities, with full autonomy to organize team-building activities and recruitment events.
P&L Management:
Managing revenue and controlling costs to ensure the profitability of your business unit and achieve financial targets.
This position offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to play a key role in the company's expansion within a dynamic and growing consulting environment.
PROFIL
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT consulting company in Luxembourg
- Fluency in French and English
- Master's degree (business, management, engineering, or related field)
- Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
- Ability to build trustful, long-term relationships with clients and consultants
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong organizational and people-oriented approach
