Your Job:
* Firmware upgrades and patching of network devices according to agreed-upon frequency and OEM recommendations.
* Configuration and troubleshooting of Fortinet SD-WAN.
* Configuration of HPE/Aruba switches and Aruba Wireless.
* Management of DNS/DHCP and IPAM tools, including EfficientIP and Infoblox, load balancers using ADC and F5, SSL encryption, including ports, ciphers, and protocols.
* Coordination of hands-and-feet support for network devices at customer data centers.
* Operational support for incident, change, and problem management for data center network devices.
* Managing DNS and DHCP services, including configuration, maintenance, and capacity monitoring.
* Providing IP address management services, including installation, relocation, and upgrading of devices.
Your profile:
* Experience in firmware upgrades and patching of network devices.
* Knowledge and experience in WAN/DC-LAN infrastructure management.
* Proficiency in DNS/DHCP and IPAM tools, including EfficientIP and Infoblox.
* Experience with load balancer management using ADC and SSL encryption..
* Understanding of change management processes.
* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
