We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Sales and Order Management processes, including Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Provision workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong development expertise on the ServiceNow platform and familiarity with telecom domain concepts, including product catalogue modelling aligned with TM Forum standards.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration
* Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
* Implement business requirements related to Sales & Order Management modules
* Develop and customize workflows, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts
Sales & Order Management
* Develop solutions supporting:
* Lead Management
* Opportunity to Order (Lead-to-Order)
* Order Management and tracking
* Assist in implementing order orchestration and lifecycle processes
Product Catalogue Modelling
* Support creation and maintenance of product/service catalogues aligned with TM Forum standards
* Define product offerings, attributes, and relationships
* Ensure proper configuration for scalability and reuse
Order Fulfilment & Provisioning
* Develop workflows for order fulfillment and provisioning processes
* Integrate with downstream systems for service activation
* Support automation of provisioning activities
Integration
* Develop and consume APIs (REST/SOAP) for integration with CRM, OSS/BSS, and external systems
* Work with MID Server and integration frameworks
* Ensure seamless data flow across systems
ServiceNow Platform Development
* Use JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs (Glide) for development
* Configure modules like ITSM, CSM, FSM, or custom applications
* Follow coding standards, best practices, and platform governance
Testing & Support
* Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
* Provide ongoing support and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
* Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
* Knowledge of Sales & Order Management processes
* Understanding of Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Provision workflows
* Familiarity with TM Forum concepts (SID, eTOM – basic level)
Technical Skills
* JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
* ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow
* REST / SOAP API integration
* Data modelling and catalog configuration
Domain Knowledge
* Telecom domain exposure (preferred)
* Understanding of product lifecycle and order management
* Basic knowledge of OSS/BSS systems
Preferred Qualifications
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
* Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery model
* Experience working in large enterprise environments
