Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

* At least 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership position
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Fluency in English and German languages
