Main Responsibilities
* Evaluate user-generated video content according to defined policies and standards.
* Review, classify, and take appropriate action on flagged material.
* Maintain consistency and accuracy in applying content guidelines.
* Document decisions and outcomes within internal systems.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality discussions.
* Contribute to building a respectful and safe online community.
Candidate Profile
* German language fluency (C1) and English proficiency (B2).
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
* Availability to relocate and begin working in Lisbon shortly.
* Analytical mindset, emotional stability, and reliability when handling sensitive content.
* Experience in moderation, risk analysis, or customer support is beneficial but not required — full training is included.
