During your assignment you will actively support the documentation of business processes and solutions for our SAP S/4HANA implementation in Docupedia and SAP Signavio. You will help drive the standardization of processes and train international teams in using SAP Signavio for documentation. Furthermore, you will assist project managers with the planning, management, documentation, and execution of logistics and IT projects, confidently using Track and Release (JIRA). You will apply your creativity by developing potential uses for Artificial Intelligence to optimize project management and process documentation. Preparing for meetings, accurately writing minutes, monitoring deadlines, and general project management tasks will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Education: studies in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable with good grades Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; first practical experience with SAP and/or Signavio is a plus Personality and Working Practice: you excel at independently applying your strong analytical skills and communicating effectively as a flexible team player, all while staying motivated and consistently goal-oriented Work Routine: your on-site presence is required Enthusiasm: for IT solutions in the Supply Chain Languages: fluent in English and German Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
