Tasks
• Design and implement agent-based AI systems for complex, real-world workflows
• Develop scalable backend services in Python
• Build and refine orchestration pipelines using LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
• Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) with structured data and external APIs
• Work with leading foundation model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock
• Deploy and scale AI systems using AWS infrastructure
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI components
• Collaborate closely with distributed engineering and product teams
• Continuously improve AI workflows through evaluation, optimisation, and iteration
Profile
• Strong professional experience in Python software development
• Proven experience building AI-driven or agentic systems
• Deep understanding of LLMs and their integration into production environments• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean, scalable architecture
• Comfort working in remote, distributed teams
• Curiosity and motivation to stay ahead in the evolving AI landscape
