To support our Consulting team, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) who will assist us in working with our central management and project tool Certinia and contribute to the data‑driven development of our processes.
Your Responsibilities
1. Creating, maintaining, and further developing evaluations and reports in Certinia to support steering and decision‑making processes
2. Supporting the maintenance and updating of forecast data (e.g., project planning, capacity planning, revenue forecasts)
3. Ensuring and continuously improving data quality within the system
4. Analyzing existing processes and identifying optimization potential in the use of Certinia
5. Supporting the standardization and documentation of processes and best practices
6. Close collaboration with Consulting, Finance, and other relevant interfaces
7. Assisting with day‑to‑day tasks related to project controlling and reporting
Your Profile
8. Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
9. Strong interest in data‑driven work and digital tools
10. Initial experience working with data (Excel; ideally also BI tools or SQL)
11. Good understanding of commercial concepts (e.g., revenue, costs, margins, forecasting)
12. Structured, diligent, and independent working style
13. Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for questioning and improving processes
14. Excellent German skills; good English skills are a plus
