Demand Manager (d/m/f)
Location: RegensburgYour Duties
The Demand Manager will play a critical role in forecasting customer demand, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring demand and supply balance to support revenue target:Demand Sensing: Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts using various data sources as well as methods like statistical forecast to capture full business opportunitiesCollaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Sup-ply Chain Planning teams to align consensus forecastSales & Operations Planning: Hand-off demand changes and address meaningful demand evolvements as input for monthly S&OP cycle and production planningDemand and Supply Balance: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to ensure optimal stock availability to support customer requirements while minimizing excess inventoryRevenue Optimization: Support gap closure activities to ensure revenue target is achieved with profitabilityData Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordinglyReporting: Present regular reports on forecast development and risk & opportunity profile to senior managementContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in demand planning
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProven applied professional experience (at least 3 years) in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain man-agement, or related role within the semiconductor industryStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detailProficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Blue Yonder) and advanced Excel and Power BI skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise mannerAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with cultural awarenessBusiness fluent in English
