Your mission
To build, expand and lead the Frontend Engineering team responsable for building a state-of-the-art mission managment software for STARK´s unmanned systems.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Frontend development team in close coordination with backend and UI/UX;
* Advise program lead on frontend considerations and create plans for execution;
* Build up Frontend engineering team;
* Create user interface for complex mission management software;
* Formulating tickets from overarching stories;
* Create easy to learn, reliable to use and attractive user interface;
* Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems;
* Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not;
Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science or similar relevant fields;
* 8 - 10 years of experience in Frontend development;
* Experience leading a team of software engineers;
* Building a team from scratch will be considered a huge plus;
* Experience leading projects end to end.
* Expert use of Typescript
* Experience in automotive and/or defence industries;
* Prior experience working with 3D user interfaces, AI assistance or AR/VR implementation is considered a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Ability to travel as needed.
