For our client, a leading international company with a strong global reputation, we are currently recruiting the ‘Senior Manager Global Total Rewards – Benefits (m/f/d)’ based in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Your Role
You will hold global responsibility for the design, governance, and continuous development of the international benefits portfolio, ensuring programs are competitive, cost-efficient, and fully compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and continuously evolve the global benefits strategy in line with total rewards and business objectives
* Act as the global subject-matter expert for pension and retirement programs (DB/DC), ensuring governance, compliance, and efficient plan design
* Advise regional total rewards teams on local insurance and benefits programs, balancing competitiveness and risk management
* Manage and negotiate global partnerships with insurers, brokers, and consulting firms to drive performance and service quality
* Partner closely with Finance/Treasury to manage the global benefits budget and implement cost-efficient financing models
* Ensure global legal, regulatory, and data protection compliance (e.g. GDPR)
* Drive digitalization of benefits through HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP), enabling self-service and enhanced employee communication
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
* Extensive experience in Total Rewards, including 5+ years in global benefits within a multinational environment
* Strong track record in selecting, negotiating, and managing global brokers and consulting partners
* Deep knowledge of global regulatory and compliance frameworks
* Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are a plus
