Aufgaben
* Collaborate closely with the ECR Global web and social media teams to create and implement web analytics strategy across all ECR global web properties and social channels
* Gather and refine business requirements from main business stakeholders:
* - ECR Global web and social media team managing global brand websites
* - ECR Refinity team managing Refinity platform (future scope)
* - ECR E-Commerce team managing online body shop mall (future scope)
* Convert business requirements into tagging strategy
* Collaborate with ECR web agencies to implement tagging strategy and audit result for accuracy
* Configure dashboards and reports to provide business insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with Customer Intelligence team to apply Piano Analytics as well as other Web Analytics standards to tagging and reporting
* Collect performance data from web and social media platforms, conduct research and root cause analyses of data trends
* Provide recommendations for improvement from creative, UI/UX, and technical perspectives to optimize website and social media performance
* Provide on-going evaluation of the impact of implemented changes on web and social media performance to assess the effectiveness of recommended improvements
* Partner with business stakeholders to set and monitor realistic KPIs for web agencies
* Design and implement reports, dashboards, and conversion funnels for overall digital channels and specific global campaigns
* Deliver insights through clear and compelling visualizations of data trends and insights
* Perform both technical and content SEO across ECR digital channels with priority given to ECR brand websites and social media
* Technical SEO: work closely with ECR website agency to ensure brand websites are optimized for search engines (primarily Google)
* Content SEO: work closely with digital content creators for global campaigns and other marketing/ communications content to ensure content is optimized for search engines (primarily Google)
* Gather SEO performance data to assess the current state of content
* Provide improvement recommendations from both creative and technical standpoints
* Follow up on implementation of recommendations and ensure the quality and consistency of changes
* Evaluate the impact of implemented changes on website performance
* Report to business stakeholders on SEO performance and ongoing optimization efforts
* Create clear and compelling visualizations of data trends and outcomes
* Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Profil
* Bachelor’s degree
* Knowledge of Piano and Google Analytics, and specific application of these tools for both publicly accessible digital channels (brand web sites) as well as for internal platforms with JavaScript/ Angular functionality
* 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics & SEO
* Proven experience with SEO tools and tracking methodologies
* Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools and frameworks
* Skilled in visual storytelling and reporting
* Comfortable presenting visual insights to clients and internal stakeholders in English
