In the course of a succession, we are looking for a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Power Key User (m/f/d) Your tasks:
* Ensuring the use and maintenance of CRM data in day-to-day business
* Contact person for all sales users in national and international sales
* Planning and implementation of training courses, creation of guides and support materials
* Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and KPI analyses to support sales management
* Collaboration in the implementation of new CRM functions, tests and rollouts
* Support with data quality monitoring and routine checks
Your profile:
* Completed training or studies in business, IT, sales or a comparable qualification
* 5 years of experience in a comparable position with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module)
* Sound understanding of sales processes and CRM contexts
* Confident handling of data analysis, reports and Power BI
* Affinity for digitalization, data quality and process optimization
* Structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
* Very good knowledge of German and English
