Art Director Digital Touchpoint (all genders)
What You´ll Do:
* Design and shape digital customer experiences across CRM platforms, websites, and multi-channel touchpoints.
* Transform customer insights and business objectives into compelling creative concepts — including personalized campaigns, email journeys, and immersive web experiences.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, CRM experts, developers, and data analysts to ensure high-impact design that delivers measurable results.
* Create visually engaging presentations and strategic creative roadmaps that inspire both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Drive innovation by introducing cutting-edge approaches in personalization, automation, and responsive design to boost user engagement and conversion.
What You Bring:
* 3+ years of experience in digital design or art direction, with a focus on CRM, email marketing, and/or web experiences — in an agency or in-house setting.
* Creative mindset with analytical thinking — able to balance structure with innovation.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in engaging with both clients and internal teams.
* Passion for digital trends such as UX, personalization, AI, and marketing automation — and the ability to apply them in meaningful ways.
* Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and modern web technologies.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), plus familiarity with analytics and optimization tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM platforms.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
