We are seeking a highly skilled Business Implementation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private capital markets and be able to implement new projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough analysis of projects from a private capital service offer perspective
* Guarantee seamless operational implementation of new projects, including onboarding and migration
* Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
* Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients
* Monitor projects closely using dashboards and reporting tools
* Handle or coordinate setup in various systems
* Verify quality of operational setups through diligent validation and customization of operational contracts
* Manage business priorities among different projects
* Handle changes throughout the lifetime of entities until liquidation
* Organize structured handover with internal stakeholders and clients
* Ensure project success and client satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
* Experience in private equity or strong knowledge of private capital funds
* Fluent in English, French, and German
