We're a global tech startup changing how organizations experience travel. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute Tumodo's marketing strategy in Germany. This is your chance to build our German market presence from the ground up.
Owning local go-to-market execution: positioning, demand generation, field marketing, and partner co-marketing. You'll support our sales team's growth and drive brand awareness in one of Europe's most strategic markets.
You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and our global marketing team to localize messaging, run campaigns, and establish Tumodo's presence in Germany.
Develop and execute the local marketing strategy for Germany aligned with global GTM
Localize messaging, value propositions, and content specifically for the German B2B market
Act as the internal marketing interface for Sales, HR, and local stakeholders on all marketing materials and needs
Build German brand awareness from scratch with clear positioning tailored to local buyers
Drive Demand Generation and Pipeline Support
Manage performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, retargeting, and account-based marketing (ABM)
Track and optimize marketing KPIs including leads, MQLs, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, and conversion rates
Execute Field and Partner Marketing
Own field marketing activities: plan and execute meetups, industry conferences, trade fairs, and offline networking events
Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners including joint webinars, content cross-posting, and campaign collaboration
Work with the global marketing team (content, social media, digital, design) to adapt assets for Germany
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, travel tech, HR tech, or similar industries
~ Strong understanding of the German B2B market, buyer behavior, and what marketing messages resonate with German decision-makers
~ Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar)
~ Native German speaker with high proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
~ Strong project management and execution skills
~ Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize marketing performance and ROI
~ Revenue-driven approach: you understand how marketing supports sales and can work closely with commercial teams
Background working in fast-scaling international companies
Hands-on experience with partner and channel marketing programs
Existing relationships in the German B2B ecosystem (associations, trade groups, industry networks)
