Overview: We are seeking an experienced leader to drive operational excellence across the organisation. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the production system while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and organisational maturity. Key Responsibilities: Shape the Operational Excellence Strategy: Define and evolve the framework for operational excellence, ensuring robust systems and processes are in place to support long-term success. Partner with Leadership: Work closely with senior operations leaders to align improvement initiatives with business priorities and strategic goals. Lead Lean & CI Programs: Deliver impactful training and coaching on Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to build organisational expertise. Road map Development: Create and implement a clear Lean/CI road map and actionable plans that foster engagement and deliver measurable competitive advantages. Bench marking & Best Practices: Conduct internal and external assessments to identify industry-leading practices and integrate them into operational processes. Drive Transformation: Champion change initiatives, promoting adoption of advanced tools and techniques to elevate performance across all functions. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline 8 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments. Certified in Lean or Six Sigma with a proven record of successful project delivery. Expertise in process optimisation, including logistics, assembly, and value stream mapping/design. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and lead transformation in established organisations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Willingness to sometimes travel German (native) and English (fluent)
