Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Supporting the design and development of our global IT governance system and operating model
* Managing and supporting and/or working on global, strategic and interdisciplinary (agile) IT projects
* Further developing the global IT strategy, taking into account current trends/developments
* Developing and implementing measures for improving the (global) IT organisation
* Defining responsibilities, IT functions, roles and decision-making bodies
* Cooperating with the ALDI business and (national) IT departments as well as external partners at international level
* Analysing and evaluating the level of maturity of the IT organisation and related processes, e.g. according to COBIT
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Degree with a main focus on business economics or IT (e.g. business informatics, business administration)
* Experience in establishing/further developing an IT governance system, e.g. according to COBIT
* Practical/theoretical experience in international project management (e.g. PMI)
* Strategic thinking, assertiveness and negotiation skills
* Committed and sociable team player
* Very good presentation and communication skills, also in English
Desirable extras.
* Experience with IT service management processes according to ITIL
* Knowledge of agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
