Description Do you want to revolutionize the world of ad tracking with us? Welcome to Tracify! We are an up-and-coming start-up for software in e-commerce and lead generation, consisting of about 25 curious and motivated minds. We are looking for an all-in-one marketer who is either already a pro or is eager to become one. You will work directly with our CEO and build our marketing team. Your responsibilities Slides & Presentations : Craft impactful sales enablement decks and presentations that inspire confidence - whether for internal stakeholders, client meetings, or high-profile talks. Vendor Management : Build and manage strong relationships with external partners, from advertorial providers to website service agencies and schema management specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration and results. Tech-to-Marketing Translation : Turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Event Management : Own the end-to-end planning and execution of events - from strategy and logistics to engagement and follow-up - creating memorable experiences that drive impact. Email Marketing : Design, launch, and optimize email campaigns that nurture leads, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate the buyer journey. Co-Marketing : Partner with external organizations to develop joint initiatives such as case studies, testimonials, and campaigns that amplify reach and credibility. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Lead ABM efforts by designing and executing personalized campaigns that engage and convert high-value accounts. Content Marketing : Create and distribute high-quality content across key channels to reinforce brand authority, generate demand, and engage target audiences. Launch Management : Drive successful product and feature launches across marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum visibility. Funnels & Website Optimization (Optional) : Continuously refine marketing funnels and optimize the website to improve user experience and boost conversion rates. SOPs & Best Practices (Optional) : Establish, document, and evolve marketing SOPs and best practices to enable scalability, efficiency, and long-term success. Your qualifications Must haves: Project management skills : Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Technical understanding : Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into marketing value. Proactivity & Ownership : Take initiative and drive projects independently - owning not only actions, but also outcomes and measurable marketing results. Strategic thinking : Think beyond the immediate step and anticipate future needs. Copywriting : Ability to communicate the value of tracify’s features in the right tone of voice and for the right audience - transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and persuasive messages. Design sense : Good eye for UI, branding, and marketing material design. Fluency in German and English Nice to haves: Experience in Software Product Marketing, B2B Marketing or SaaS Marketing Familiarity with reporting dashboards or tools like Wordpress. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic and startup-like environments.
