As Finance Business Partner SB&E (Strategy & Business Execution), you will support the Head of SB&E and the leadership team on all financial topics. In this role you will be critical in supporting the decision-making process by providing high-quality data and insights. You are responsible for all related financials, including financial analysis and reporting, as well as ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting. This is a high-impact role that requires collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams. Y ou will support the overall TechOps organization to deliver on our financial commitments, with a specific focus on ensuring COGs flat year over year by supporting the evaluation and monitoring of efficiency projects (operational excellence), strengthening our resilience by supporting a robust risk management process, including Business Continuity and Network optimization evaluations. As part of the TechOps Finance team you will contribute to our journey of daily improvement by stopping non-value adding activities, by simplifying, standardizing, and automatizing the remaining processes by making best use of our systems. The role is reporting to the Head of Global & Functional TechOps Controlling. Your assignments Finance Business Partner to the Head of SB&E and the leadership team Act as financial advisor and provide financial guidance and decision support Developing and implementation of financial concepts Provide fact-based analyses and strategic recommendations Interacting with various stakeholders beyond SB&E on different levels Finance reference point for TechOps Way Forward Program, Operational Excellence and Risk Management Your profile Completed education in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling or comparable 5 years of experience in Controlling, ideally as Plant or Supply Chain Controller. First experience with operational excellence and Business case evaluations Strong IT skills, affinity with IT systems (particularly SAP FI/CO, SAP BW) Ability to challenge partners while maintaining productive relationships Comfortable working in a multinational matrixed environment, challenging the status quo, and driving initiatives with strong communication skills Fluent in English written and spoken, German is a plus Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: E10 (K)
