Join us at SAP LeanIX as Senior Backend Developer and become an integral part of a cross-functional and international Engineering team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will design and implement secure, scalable services in Kotlin using SAP HANA, Quarkus, SAP BTP and Kubernetes. You will balance your focus between supporting your team and driving broader company initiatives, proactively identifying high-impact opportunities. Furthermore, you are supporting your team members and demonstrating an ability to understand customer needs, business vision and decisions.
Expertise in Kotlin and/or Java.
~ Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Cloud, especially in writing and optimizing SQL queries for performance and search
~ Familiarity with query profiling, indexing strategies, and performance diagnostics in SAP HANA Cloud
~ Collaborate with Product Management & UI/UX team members as part of a customer focused team.
