Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements and innovation, developing and implementing new production processes, improving existing machinery and automation systems, coaching and mentoring colleagues, creating and maintaining standards for root cause analysis and issue resolution, designing and implementing strategies to improve process reliability and minimize downtime, and providing leadership and guidance to line teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and Implementing New Production Processes: Enhance efficiency and quality by designing and implementing new production processes.
* Improving Existing Machinery and Automation Systems: Increase productivity and reduce costs by improving existing machinery and automation systems.
* Coaching and Mentoring Colleagues: Foster problem-solving and process improvement techniques in colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
* Creating and Maintaining Standards: Develop and maintain standards for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
* Designing and Implementing Strategies: Improve process reliability and minimize downtime by designing and implementing strategies.
* Providing Leadership and Guidance: Foster growth and development in line teams through leadership and guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend complex information.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
* Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
* Proficiency in German (minimum B1/B2) and strong English language skills.
